About the visa support letter
A support letter helps your application but is not a visa and does not guarantee one. The decision belongs to the visa-issuing authority.

- Written for your role — delegate, speaker, exhibitor, student or guest
- Says clearly who pays and who arranges accommodation
- Signed off by an authorised person and checkable online with a code
Your documents stay private
We keep your passport and identity details encrypted. They are used only to check your registration and to write the letters you ask for. They are never shown to other participants, and you can erase your data at any time from your account settings.

What is a visa support letter?
A letter from HGS Khanewal Farms confirming that you are taking part in an event, and describing your visit. Embassies and consulates often ask for one with a visa application. It supports your application — it is not a visa, and it does not guarantee that one will be granted.
Which countries can apply?
Participants from any country are welcome to apply. Whether you need a visa to visit Pakistan, and which kind, depends on your nationality — please check with the Pakistani mission in your country or the Government of Pakistan's official online visa system before you travel.
Who pays for my visit?
You do, or a sponsor or employer you name. HGS Khanewal Farms covers costs only when it has agreed to in writing — and when it has, the letter says exactly what it covers.
How long does a letter take?
Letters are prepared and approved by hand, so please ask as early as you can — ideally at least four weeks before you travel. You'll see its progress in the portal and get an email when it is ready.
Can an embassy check that my letter is genuine?
Yes. Every letter carries a verification code and a QR code. Anyone can enter the code on our website and see whether the letter is valid.
Is my passport safe with you?
Your scans are stored encrypted and are never on a public page. Only the few team members who check documents can open them, every opening is recorded, and you can delete a document — or close your account and have everything erased — whenever you like.
